The Shake Cleanse is meant to jump-start you in your fitness, break a plateau or shred pounds fast & effectively in a healthy way. I am going to try it and document my results as I go!
I have been using Beach Body products for years. My primary program has been the P90X. Recently I picked up Insanity and absolutely love it.
Over the past few weeks I heard rumbling s of some cleansing program by Beachbody and decided to do some research. I hit up the old trusty dusty google and voila, instant information. So I decided to jump-start my fitness routine and get my body back in gear with a shake cleanse using beach body’s product, Shakeology. Shakeology comes in two flavors, Chocolate or Greenberry Shakeology . I chose the chocolate.
So here is what you need for a three-day cleanse.
SHAKEOLOGY 3-DAY CLEANSE
The basics are as follows
REPEAT all 3 Days
1 cup of green tea – decaffeinated
BREAKFAST:
Shakeology 140 calories
1 scoop
½ cup of fruit (60-90 calories) – optional for the super conditioned
add ice
8-10 oz of water
SNACK (85 calories)
1 piece of fruit
Apple, pear, orange, banana mango, etc
LUNCH::
Shakeology (140 calories)
1 scoop
Add ice
10 oz of water
1 cup of green tea – decaffeinated
SNACK:
Shakeology (140 calories)
1 scoop
Add ice
8-10 oz of water
DINNER:
Lettuce / Veggies
4 oz lean white fish or poultry (340 calories)
Light Dressing
They recommend NO DIARY products at all for maximum results, no almond soy or rice milk,
Dinner salad was only WHITE GRILLED PROTEIN. Poultry or fish.
