P90X – Day 6

Today was exciting for me! I love Kenpo X! I got started at 8a this morning and it was a blast. The fatigue has gone away and I think I am almost ready to push things over the top. Tomorrow is an easy day as I will be doing X Stretch.

Workout: Kenpo X

Breakfast: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 cup pineapple, 4 slices whole wheat bread, and 3 tbsp pure fruit jam
Snack: P90x Protein Bar
Lunch: Spicy Chinese Noodles, 4 cups salad greens, 4 tbsp dressing, and 1 cup fruit salad
Snack: 1 sourdough pretzel, 1 banana, and 8 oz frozen yogurt
Dinner: 12 oz salmon,  4 tbsp dijonnaise sauce, 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup grapes
Snack: Shakeology with almond milk and a banana.
